The best in their class, our armed officers are trained to an excessive standard beyond the mandatory requirements of even police officers.

Our full-time armed officers shall possess a minimum 40 hours of training per year, they also will go through training as an Emergency Medical Responder through the American Red Cross, or any approved equivalent training, in order to enable them to render aid to anyone who finds themselves on or around your property. Their training will enable them to take lifesaving measures beyond First Aid in preparation for Emergency Medical Services to arrive. They also will take part in Crisis Intervention Team, cultivated by the National Alliance on Mental Health to address the lack of mental health training in law enforcement and other emergency services. Our personnel will be equipped with the education to properly identify and deescalate people suffering from altered mental statuses. Our security personnel also employed in law enforcement shall be trained in ALERRT Level 1, or Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training. This active shooter training, or whichever equivalent for our non-LE personnel, enable our staff to effectively counter the worst day you could imagine at the workplace. We understand some smaller business need to display the presence of security, but do not have the budget for around-the-clock service. We offer Half Hour Checks, where an armed professional will come to your business or property, check the interior if it's during business hours and the exterior. They will be in a marked security vehicle and it will be displayed on the property until the check is concluded.

We can offer this service anywhere, but it's designed for areas where perhaps law enforcement is having a tough time keeping a watchful eye due to staffing of budget reasons. We can perform however many checks you would throughout a 12 or 24 hour period, with the checks happening at random times so would-be thieves never knew when we would tap them on the shoulder.

Our agents can be keyholders and be equipped with contact lists for managing your business overnight, responded to alarm calls if we're not already on-site, and potentially assist with your employees closing or opening your business.

If an incident does occur and you need an agent or two on your property ASAP, we build that into the contract where it changes to a regular hour rate temporarily until you decide the presence is no longer necessary.

A function of GSG is subscribing to our On Call service as a feature of contracting our services. This provides you, the client, with much more versatility of use and access to information regarding your site.

GSG Staff will be equipped with body worn cameras and cell phones, enabling you to receive detailed incident reports, video and audio recordings of incidents, and to be able to contact your guard directly whenever they are on duty.

The On Call service allows you to have a direct line to any security personnel on site as well as their supervisor to request information or for them to address anything at any site. It also enables you to have a supervisor respond to the site 24 hours a day as long as service is contracted for those hours at no additional cost to you. Or if you request for additional personnel to respond to your site for an emergency event, that shall be at a discounted rate.

Our in-house instructors are certified through a variety of professional and accredited organizations. The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (DHS FLETC), the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council (GA POST), the National Rifle Association, (NRA), and we have more accreditations underway. We insure our instructors are top-of-the-line through continued training on modern methods of adult learning and psychology.
